Military Spouse FINRA Fellowship Program (Amount: Varies): is sponsored by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Investor Education Foundation. The program produces a monthly stipend to military spouses that participate in a training program that makes them an Accredited Financial Counselor (AFC).  The training helps teach marketable job skills, knowledge, tools, and resources that help a military family overcome financial struggles.  The Military Spouse FINRA Fellowship Program is a little different from other scholarships listed in this article since it deals with certification training as opposed to receive a vocational or undergraduate degree. Please check with a qualifying AFC certificate program for more information.
