Larry Roles assumed the position of Connect Group Leader for the "Vets In The Know" Connect Group in 2020 from Esther Robinson; who founded the connect group in 2019. He retired from the U.S. Army in 2020, ascending to the rank of Sergeant Major, after 32 years of honorable service, as a Senior Human Resources Specialist; and also retired from the U.S. Department of Education after 10 years, as a Student Loan Analyst. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from Columbia College and obtained his Master's of Science Degree in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University.
